What is your role at Brand Federation?

I am a Strategic Lead for client projects.

What work are you doing now and what about it inspires you?

I’m working on a project with a healthcare client. Vigorous research has included speaking with many talented professionals in the space, each serving as an incredible reminder about how important our work is for the client’s audience. I am excited to see our deliverables' short- and long-term impacts.

What superpower do you bring your clients and colleagues?

My superpower is seeing things from multiple perspectives. I can look at a situation from different points of view and find that it helps to uncover the insights hiding in mounds of research.

Why did you join the Brand Federation team?

Full-time agency life wasn’t cutting it for me anymore. I wanted to have more control and flexibility in my schedule and more variety in my projects. The Brand Federation leadership has an enormous amount of experience, so I jumped at the opportunity to learn from them while continuing to hone my skillset.

Have you seen a movie or show lately that you’d recommend?

I just finished watching the latest season of Vikings: Valhalla. I’m a big fan of historical fiction (the type of person who is Googling mid-show to learn more about the historical accuracy, significance, etc., of the references), and this series hooked me!

What gets your energy and time outside of work?

My husband and I spend a lot of time renovating our house. After work and weekends generally consist of inspiration hunting, mood boards, DIY best practices research, and many trips to Lowe’s. It’s a labor of love that can be frustrating but incredibly rewarding when a project is complete. The best part is standing back for a moment and admiring all the hard work we put into bringing a vision to life.
